Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TF Networks Co., Ltd. handles personal information submitted for quotations, demos, partnership enquiries and general contact.
Information collected
Required information may include organisation name and type, region, contact name, phone number and enquiry type. Optional information may include email, preferred contact time, operating conditions, current supplier or system, areas of interest, enquiry details and quotation attachments.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to food and catering enquiries, HyoStory or Dolbom Life enquiries, LNC business proposals, quotations, demos, implementations and related business discussions.
Retention
Enquiry records are normally retained for up to three years for consultation history management, unless a different retention period is required by applicable law. Data is deleted when the purpose is fulfilled and no further retention is required.
Third parties and processors
TF Networks does not provide personal information to third parties without consent except where required by law. Website hosting and server operation are provided by Dothome Co., Ltd. Website enquiries may also be recorded in TF Networks' internal business management system (TF1) when the automatic integration is enabled.
International transfer
When the TF1 automatic integration is enabled, website enquiry data may be transmitted over HTTPS through Vercel Inc.'s serverless infrastructure and stored in the TF1 database. TF1 currently uses Vercel's U.S. processing region (iad1) and Supabase Pte. Ltd.'s Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). The transferred data may include organisation and contact details, enquiry contents and attachment metadata. The binary attachment itself is not sent to the TF1 API in this version.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Security
We apply access controls, HTTPS encryption, operational logging and regular checks. Uploaded quotation files are restricted by file type and size and are subject to server-side content validation.
