Contract & mobile catering
Delivered with Eden Food Service, a contract catering operator. Menu planning, kitchen staffing, hygiene, cost control and on-site management — reviewed against the kitchen, headcount and hours a site actually has.
Electronic shelf labels
Replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels to cut repetitive price-change work. We review store size, SKU count and shelf layout, then propose a rollout scope and a subscription option that lowers upfront cost.
