HyoStory · Fourth year of service

Care communication that
started in the supply room

For years we supplied food ingredients to nursing homes, geriatric hospitals and day care centers — close enough to see how those kitchens and facilities actually run.

Along the way we saw the same three problems. Meal and daily-life information rarely reached families in full. Staff repeated the same explanations over and over. And valuable care records were never accumulated in any structured way.

Out of that, we built HyoStory — a platform connecting care facilities with residents’ families. It is now in its fourth year of service.

Daily menus and served meals, photo albums, notices, care logs and program information are shared in one place, easing the workload on staff while giving families a clearer picture of the day.
